1. Returns

Thank you for shopping at “security territory” If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

a. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, cannot be returned.

b. Initiation of Returns

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at “security territory” within 10 days of receiving your item. Please provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return.

c. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. If the return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

d. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.

2. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@securityterritory.com with photos of the product and the packaging. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.
